Service Evaluator – Job Description

Touching Lives Global is seeking passionate and detail-oriented Service Evaluators to help us assess, monitor, and improve the quality and impact of our programs across various communities. This role is essential to ensuring that our services are delivered effectively, meet community needs, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

 

As a Service Evaluator, you will play a key role in gathering feedback, monitoring program delivery, and providing reports that help strengthen our outreach efforts. You will work closely with field teams, program managers, and community partners to evaluate our initiatives in areas such as education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and relief support.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct field visits and program assessments to evaluate service delivery and community impact.
  • Collect data through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and direct observation.
  • Analyze service quality, identify gaps, and make actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and timely evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with program teams to support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
  • Ensure that feedback from beneficiaries and communities is documented and addressed.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

 

  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in diverse communities.
  • Prior experience in program evaluation, field data collection, or monitoring and evaluation (M&E) is an asset.
